You must have the original receipt or purchased the materials with your student account.

Shrink-wrapped books must be in their original packaging.
A 5% restocking fee may be assessed.
Any access codes must be unused in order to process a return.
eBook refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. Activated (redeemed) eBooks cannot be returned.
Complete Digital Access courses must be opted out from by the student prior to the course drop date in order to remove charges.
Deadlines are posted in the Bookstore and on all receipts.
If you are waiting for a book to arrive in the mail, please do NOT buy a copy of the book at the Bookstore to use for a week.
Because some students purchase their books from other vendors, we do not buy a copy for everyone enrolled in the class.
If you buy a copy to use temporarily, some students will not be able to get the book from the Bookstore when they need it.
For textbooks purchased with the textbook scholarship, the refund will go back to your scholarship balance for the semester.
