Merchandise Return Policies
- You must have the original receipt or purchased the item with your student, staff, or alumni account.
- The item must be in like-new conditions with the original Bookstore price tags.
- The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.
- The item must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition.
- Flyer Express purchases are refunded on Flyer Express.
- Must have Student ID present.
- Credit card purchases are refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
- Gift card purchases are refunded as in-store credit.
- Gift returns will be refunded as an even exchange or an in-store credit.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance merchandise.
