Montgomery County Food Summit Nov. 20; registration due Nov. 6

Food equity is the main topic at the 9th Annual Montgomery County Food Summit from 8 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, Nov. 20, in the Building 12 Great Hall at Sinclair Community College.
Participant registration and exhibitor registration is free, but required by Wednesday, Nov. 6.
The conference invites attendees to join Montgomery County Commissioner Judy Dodge, Public Health Commissioner Jeff Cooper, U.S. Ambassador Tony Hall and Dayton commissioners Chris Shaw and Matt Joseph for the introduction of the Montgomery County Food Equity Coalition and Food Equity Action Plan.
The agenda includes breakfast and exhibit tables from 8 to 9 a.m., presentations from Montgomery County leaders from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and community discussion and networking until noon.
