Marvelous Catholic Schools

By Shari Neilson

In honor of Catholic Schools Week, the Marian Library extends thanks to all educators, administrators and staff in Catholic schools. During this pandemic, you have embodied the theme of this year’s celebration — “Faith. Excellence. Service.” You continue to provide quality education to students even when you are exhausted and overwhelmed, whether in person or remote. You find new and innovative ways to engage your students.

To help provide creative inspiration, the Marian Library would like to share some items from its Juvenile Collection and digital offerings. The images in the gallery include a Marvel comic book, a high school play program and a Where’s Waldo?-style book of saints. Visit Fun and Games with Mary on our website for digital and printable activities. Also see our latest virtual exhibit, Journeys of Faith: Shrines, Souvenirs and Catholic Tourism on the Virtual Exhibits and Videos page.

Let’s all thank Catholic school educators and staff members — including those right here at the University of Dayton.
