Dr. Gloria Dodd recently posted a blog about an IMRI graduate who received our STL degree posthumously in December 2020.  Let us remember him and his family in our prayers.

In Memoriam: Father Christopher Roberts ‘20

Father Christopher began his studies at IMRI in 2015 and was a vibrant student at IMRI.  I was blessed to direct his Licentiate in Sacred Theology thesis, which he completed in September 2020.  He had a brilliant mind, a serious work ethic, and a strong Marian devotion.  He used them all as a busy pastor in the Diocese of Lafayette, Indiana, for 13 years, taking classes and writing his thesis for five of those years.  His sense of humor and haste helped him to juggle both pastoral and academic work....

Mary in the Catholic Press

200th anniversary of the founding of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (The Ember) June 22, 2021

While the bicentennial isn't over, the Marian Pilgrimage is.  I know, it's sad; but you can keep the joy of the pilgrimage alive by watching this incredible recap video.  It captures the beauty, hope and joy of the pilgrimage and wraps it up in a nice four minute package.

Mary in the Secular Press

The director and editors of All About Mary under the auspices of the International Marian Research Institute do not necessarily endorse or agree with the events and ideas expressed in this feature.  Our sole purpose is to report on items about Mary gleaned from a myriad of papers representing the secular press.

New online Marian course: Images of Mary (Press Release) June 16, 2021

The goal of this three-week e-seminar is to present the basic concept of Mary as Mother of God as seen in art, and some global perspectives for enrichment, as well as a deeper appreciation of the role she plays within other cultures.
