Developing Leadership Across Campus

The 19th cohort of faculty and staff in Leadership UD (LUD) has completed its first semester, exploring leadership at UD within a Marianist context and examining participants’ own leadership styles.  As the group of 25 continues work in the spring, they’ll further explore themselves as leaders and work on developing a stronger sense of what that means as they progress in their leadership journey at UD.

Cohort members participate in 10 sessions throughout the year that are led by the LUD Development Team. Like the cohort, the development team represents many units on campus and is made up of past LUD graduates. A total of 407 faculty and staff have been through the experience, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2020.  The nomination process for the 20th cohort will begin in the spring.
