Read On! 2015 Book Drive
Roesch Library will host a Read On! awareness and donation table this week at Kennedy Union Lobby. Volunteers will be staffing the table beginning Tuesday, March 10th through Thursday, March 12th, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. They will be happy to take your book donations. The University of Dayton Bookstore has joined with us to make donating a book easy. Level 1/Easy Readers will be available for purchase at the bookstore. Students, faculty and staff can donate them directly at the checkout. Donations will be collected through March 20th. The annual Read On! Book Drive is collecting NEW level 1 / early readers with the goal of giving 8-10 books per student at an elementary school in Dayton. This will provide a new book for each week of summer break. Dayton to Daytona passport holders can earn a point for donating one book. The program is organized by Learn to Earn.
