瑪利亞圖書館的祈禱意向：

Our Lady, mother of all, has an open heart for all human needs. May we, too, be sensitive and committed to lessen social hardship and injustice.
願我們的聖母，全人類的母親，慈悲爲懷，關注人類的需要。願我們也能敏鋭地關注社會，降低社會中的困苦與不平。

That all workers may receive respect and protection of their rights, and that the unemployed may receive the opportunity to contribute to the common good.
願所有工人受到尊重，權利獲得保障，願失業者能有機會為眾人的利益貢獻一己的力量。
