Experiential Learning at UD

America the Borderland

By Christopher Miller

The Human Rights Center is proud to announce the opening of the new work by the Moral Courage Project, "America the Borderland," which documents stories of change-makers and human rights defenders on the US-Mexico border. As the culmination of a year of work by our student team, we will mark the launch of the exhibit with a reception and we would love for you to join us on Thursday April 11, at 7:30pm in the atrium of Keller Hall

America the Borderland consists of the exhibit, a website, zine, and podcast, all of which roll out in April. The podcast trailer is already live and can be found anywhere you get your podcasts. The reception follows a symposium and award ceremony commemorating St. Oscar Romero and honoring human rights defenders in El Salvador. For more  information visit here and to RSVP click here. Thank you for your continued support of the Moral Courage Project. We hope to see you on April 11!
