Humor Writer of the Month: Rebekah Iliff

Rebekah Iliff is a writer and entrepreneur based in Nashville, Tennessee. Her work has appeared in Inc., Entrepreneur, Mashable, Forbes, Business Insider, The New York Times, Topeka Capital-Journal, Syndrome Magazine, HuffPost Comedy, Points in Case, Weekly Humorist, Slackjaw Humor, Erma Bombeck blog, The Satirist, Little Old Lady Comedy, Wry Times, LOL Comedy, Jane Austen's Wastebasket, Chicken Soup for the Soul and other outlets. She is a graduate of The Second City's humor and satire writing program.

Her first book, Champagne for One: A Celebration of Solitude (Collective Book Studio/IPG), “takes the reader on an exploration of flying solo from the vantage point of various characters through a collection of snack-able essays, poetry, satire and whimsical illustrations by artist Holley Maher. Some stories are real, some are fiction; but they are all meant to elicit laughter and incite power.”
