Who's Publishing What: Read, Laugh, Repeat
Author Becky Povich’s story, “A Bittersweet Victory,” is included in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Read, Laugh, Repeat.
The book features 101 laugh-out-loud stories that have appeared in previous Chicken Soup for the Soul books that were not humor collections. The royalties from this new collection will benefit four nonprofit organizations that “use comedy and clowning to bring laughter to places where it’s most needed — hospitals, hospice and other healthcare facilities — helping people of all ages who need a reason to smile, from the patients and their families to the frontline workers who care for them.”
Becky has published a humorous, poignant memoir, From Pigtails to Chin Hairs: A Memoir & More, and written for anthologies, newspapers and magazines.
