Who's Publishing What: The Other Side of the Wall

Looking for a magical gift for young readers? Bestselling author Amy Ephron's The Other Side of the Wall is now available in paperback.

Amy takes readers to London at Christmastime, where a new fantastical journey awaits for Tess and Max in The Other Side of the Wall, her third book for middle-grade readers.

She's also written The Castle in the Mist, which was nominated for a SCIBA Award, and Carnival Magic, a companion book. Amy calls them a modern mash-up of old-fashioned children's books.

For a behind-the-scenes look at the adventures of Tess and Max, read Amy's piece in Mr. Ripley's Enchanted Books, which reviews contemporary children's books.

A prolific writer, Amy has written several adult books, including A Cup of Tea, which was an international bestseller. Her novel One Sunday Morning received the Booklist Best Fiction of the Year and Best Historical Fiction of the Year awards and was a Barnes and Noble Book Club selection.

She has recently written for the new Air Mail Weekly and was a contributor and contributing editor at Vogue and Vogue.com for many years. Her work has appeared in numerous other publications, and she served as the executive producer of Warner Brothers' A Little Princess. In 2016, she keynoted the Erma Bombeck Writers' Workshop.
