Karen Chee

Karen Chee, a comedy writer and performer based in Brooklyn, has shown her comedic chops in The New York Times, Washington Post, The New Yorker, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, Splitsider, HuffPost Comedy and elsewhere. She's also interned for "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee" and was recently named one of "New York City Comedians to Look Out for in 2018" by Mogul, a global platform for women.

This spring, she lived and worked at the Dayton Marriott for a couple of weeks as one of the inaugural winners of A Hotel Room of One's Own: The Erma Bombeck | Anna Lefler Humorist-in-Residence Program.
