School of Law Starts Podcast
The School of Law has started a podcast to highlight the important legal scholarship being done by its faculty and others.
"On The Witness Stand" is hosted by UDSL Dean Andrew Strauss and will include interviews with experts about topical legal issues.
In the first episode, UDSL Professor Erica Goldberg discusses her First Amendment views on the free speech controversies roiling university campuses. Before coming to Dayton Law, Professor Goldberg graduated from Stanford Law School, was a Climenko Fellow at the Harvard Law School, and a Visiting Scholar at the Georgetown Law Center. She is a specialist on the First Amendment.
