Pair Picked For Prosecutor Promotion

Two 2015 School of Law graduates are being promoted to the position of Assistant Prosecutor in Montgomery County.

Thomas Schutzman ’15 will be assigned to the Child Protection Unit of the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, while Thomas Brodbeck ’15 will be assigned to the Juvenile Division.

As part of the Child Protection Unit, Schutzman will prosecute complaints requesting protective supervision, temporary custody, legal custody, and permanent custody.

In his role with the Juvenile Division, Brodbeck will prosecute offenders under the age of 18 who commit crimes and adults who face misdemeanor criminal charges involving the abuse or neglect of children.
