Kenneth L. Finley '09 joined the Lexington Office of Reminger Co., LPA. Finley, a member of the Kentucky and Ohio Bar Associations, has represented small to large corporations, as well as individuals, in areas including complex business and commercial litigation, construction, and products liability. He has also represented clients in various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, fraud investigations, and compliance matters. Finley serves as an adjunct professor at Eastern Kentucky University, on the board of Sunflower Kids, Inc., and on the Community Investments Cabinet of the United Way of the Bluegrass.

Frank P. Geraci, Jr. '73 '77 was featured on page 60 of the University of Dayton's new coffee table book, Reading the Signs of the Times: The University of Dayton in the Twenty-First Century. "For those of us fortunate to have lived here, this is a magical place," Geraci said. "I wonder if John Stuart and those who founded UD—the priest, the teacher, the gardener and the cook—could have imagined all this, built on trust and a caring spirit, the soul of UD. Jonathan F. Hung '07 was named as a Rising Stars Above the Bar in the June 2016 edition of Dayton Bar Briefs, the official publication of the Dayton Bar Association.

In Memoriam

Justin T. Gray '05 of Wilmington, Ohio, died May 6, 2016. Gray began his legal career at Rose & Dobyns Co., L.P.A., and later started his own practice, Justin T. Gray Attorney at Law, where he served clients in five Ohio counties. Gray served as trustee, junior church leader and adult bible study teacher at the Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington. Gray was also an assistant boys baseball coach and was involved in numerous community and civic organizations. Read obituary here.

Dennis J. Harney '03 of O'Fallon, Ill., died June 10, 2016. Harney was a patent attorney and partner at Dentons for more than 11 years and was a leader in the St. Louis Intellectual Property and Technology practice. He was a member of the Missouri bar as well as the American Society of Plant Biologists and was an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University School of Law. Harney also held a doctorate in philosophy in Botany and Plant Stress Physiology and a master's degree in Botany and Secondary Plant Product Chemistry. Read obituary here.

Tracy L. Hart '94 of Beavercreek, Ohio, died June 12, 2016. Hart earned her MBA from Wright State University (Ohio) and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law. She was also a Professional Golf Association golf professional for over 25 years, former University of Dayton women's golf team coach and golf instructor. Read obituary here.
