Vice President and Deputy Counsel and Chief Ethics, Compliance and Privacy Officer at Teradata Corporation, Todd B. Carver '91, joined a group of compliance officers for the opening bell of the NYSE in November.


Brenda D. Colella '99 joined Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, as a partner in the project development, energy and regulatory practice areas. Previously, she was a partner at Gilberti, Stinziano, Heintz & Smith, P.C., where she was chair of the corporate department. Colella is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. She is a member of various organizations, including the National Association of Women Lawyers, the Central New York Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Section, and Women TIES.


Stacy Ragon Delgros '96, a partner in the Akron, Ohio, office of Roetzel & Andress LPA, has been named a 2015 Ohio Super Lawyer in the field of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense.

Kevin C. Lacey '10, a Commonwealth of Virginia Magistrate, is completing the Certified Court Executive (CCE) Program at the National Center for State Courts in Williamsburg, Va. Last September, Lacey's work as a Magistrate was featured on an episode of the MSNBC television series Lockup.


The Ohio-based law firm of Weston Hurd LLP is pleased to announce that Ludgy A. LaRochelle '06 has joined the Cleveland office as an Associate. LaRochelle focuses his practice on counseling entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit organizations in matters involving commercial real estate, e-commerce and Internet law; employment; intellectual property; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Weston Hurd, LaRochelle was an associate with Licata and Toerek. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Norman S. Minor Bar Association. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Ohio City, Inc. and served as the inaugural chairman of the Next Generation Council of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Dungan & LeFevre Co. announced that Glen R. McMurry '07, an associate attorney at the Troy, Ohio, office, has been named a 2015 Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star. McMurry has been named to the list for the past four years and practices in business and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in civil and defense matters, including derivative shareholder actions, products liability defense and construction litigation. McMurry is also experienced in federal litigation. He is a past-president of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and also served as the national treasurer and publications editor of the Federal Bar Association’s Younger Lawyers Division.
