Pathway to the World

Every major in the University of Dayton College of Arts and Sciences connects to global and intercultural learning.

Global competencies are among the top three things that employers tell us they are looking for in today’s college graduates, so we strive to infuse global and intercultural perspectives throughout our students’ education — both in their courses here on campus, and through opportunities both in the U.S. and abroad.

These experiences help students discover new perspectives on the world, give them greater confidence in facing challenges, and further develop their communication and problem-solving skills.
