2020 Bombeck workshop faculty Dan Zevin

Dan Zevin is a Thurber Prize-winning humorist and author of eight books. His latest is Very Modern Mantras: Daily Affirmations for Daily Aggravations; his others include Dan Gets a Minivan andThe Day I Turned Uncool, both of which Adam Sandler has optioned. Dan has been an award-winning humor columnist for The New York Times, a comic commentator for National Public Radio, and a contributor to print or digital editions of The New Yorker, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, Rolling Stone, Salon, Real Simple, Parents and The Wall Street Journal. He lives with his family in Westchester, New York, and teaches comic writing at Sarah Lawrence College.
