Career Camp Learning Outcomes

College sophomores and juniors who attend Career Camp will be able to:

  1. Describe their personal definition of vocation as it pertains to previous or current career goals.
  2. Identify transferable skills gained in an arts and sciences experience to potentially be utilized in various industries, areas and positions.
  3. Develop strategies and personal practices for at least two (2) chosen career readiness skills within the following areas: resume and cover letter writing, interviewing strategies, internship search and planning, graduate school planning, networking and professionalism.
  4. Create an action plan that reflects personal aspirations, areas for growth and learning, and utilization of career strategies and approaches.
