Faithful Citizenship in a Polarized World: A three-part webinar series
As elections are approaching and tensions are building in the United States, join the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives, Campus Ministry, the Dialogue Zone and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati for a vibrant, relevant discussion on what it means to express our Catholic faith as citizens. We will be offering a live three-part webinar series titled "Faithful Citizenship in a Polarized World." This three-part series will be offered via Zoom and will engage participants in various topics with an opportunity for Q&A with the presenters. Be sure to register for each event separately. You will receive the Zoom details after registering. A recording will also be provided to all who registered.

Andrew Musgrave from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati will discuss the importance of forming one's conscience in light of the teachings of the Catholic Church and preview an excellent web resource (iVoteCatholic).
About Andrew: He has served as the Director of the Catholic Social Action (CSA) Office for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati since 2019. The CSA Office empowers Catholics to celebrate the Gospel call for life, human dignity and care for creation. In addition to work on multiple matters of justice, the CSA office works on rural life, ecumenical and interfaith projects, faithful citizenship, and global solidarity. Andrew earned his B.A. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and his M.A. in Public Service and Nonprofit Management from Marquette University.

Fr. Aaron Wessman, the author of “The Church’s Mission in a Polarized World,” will share concepts from his book and to offer ways in which we can become instruments of peace in a divided society.
About Fr. Wessman: He is the Vicar General (first Vice President) and Director of Formation for the Glenmary Home Missioners (since 2019). He has a Ph.D. from the Catholic University of Louvain in Systematic Theology (2019) and is a guest lecturer at St. Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology. Fr. Aaron serves on the Editorial Board for Review for Religious and the Advisory Board for the Conference of Major Superiors of Men Religious (CMSM).

Facilitators from UD's Dialogue Zone will share strategies to engage in conversations in the spirit through dialogue as a means of seeking to understand one another to bridge the divide.
About Tiffany: She's working on her Ph.D. in Theology at the University of Dayton, specializing in traditionalism in the United States's Catholic Church, with a dissertation on the reception of G.K. Chesterton in the American Church. She is in the second-year cohort of the Dialogue Zone Facilitator Program. Tiffany co-chairs the Marianist Social Justice Collaborative's immigration team, serves on the Catholic Climate Covenant's Young Adult Board and Common Home Corps, and is a Life Worth Living Pedagogy Fellow at the Yale Center for Faith and Culture.
