Theatre, Dance and Performance Technology

Concentrations

Theatre is a collaborative art form, combining the written word of the literary artist, the visual insight of the designer, the speech and movement of the actor, and the interpretation, style, movement patterns and overall guidance of the director. 

The Theatre, Dance, and Performance Technology Program offers the Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with four concentrations: acting; applied theatre; dance; and performance technology. We also offer a minor in Theatre. Read about program requirements below.

Select 15 semester hours from any theatre courses (including crosslisted courses), in addition to the 21 semester hours required of all theatre majors.  Course selection requires advisor and program director approval.
