Application Workshops

Application to health professional school is a serious undertaking that requires a high level of organization and pre-planning.  It takes approximately a year from when students begin the process until when they enter a health professional school program.  The PPO offers three workshops throughout the academic year to guide students through the process of applying to medical or dental school.  These workshops also orient applicants to the PPO’s on-line portal and the composite letter process.  Current UD students who are considering applying to medical or dental school during the summer after their Junior or Senior year, need to start attending the application workshop series that begins the previous fall.

The dates and topics for the 2019-2020 application workshop series are as follows.  Two sessions of each workshop are offered to accommodate students’ schedules.  You only need to attend one of each of the three sessions:

  • 9/24 in SC 114 at 6:30pm
  • 9/25 in Chudd at 6:00pm
