Phi Alpha Theta, National Honor Society

The University of Dayton’s chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society for students and professors of history, is one out of 970 in the nation. Established in 1951, just 30 years after the parent organization got its start, UD’s chapter has enjoyed well over half a century of students. Students organize meetings to discuss important contemporary issues, host talks and enjoy social gatherings.

The University of Dayton’s Phi Alpha Theta club welcomed new members into the organization at a recent induction ceremony (Sept. 15).
