Discover Program
Find the major that is right for you
Choosing the right career starts with choosing the right degree program. The University of Dayton is committed to helping students find the right fit through their Discover Program. As a member of the program, students can explore the academic programs in the College of Arts and Sciences before finalizing a major.
Through the Discover Program, students take a seminar acquainting them with the University and the College. The seminar will cover the curriculum and careers of each program, as well as the multitude of complementary minors. With the help of this seminar, along with the assistance of an academic adviser, students discover the program that best suits their needs and goals.
The Discover Program in the College of Arts and Sciences allows students to explore majors across the arts, humanities, social sciences and natural sciences, while keeping them on track to graduate in four years.
