About Us

Boll Theatre

Boll Theatre is recognized as an important space for the creative life of the University. It seats 371 people. The University continues to monitor closely the coronavirus pandemic and levels of infection and hospitalization in our county and region. As has been the case throughout the waves of omicron variant infections, faculty, staff and students are encouraged to wear medical grade face coverings (KN95s or level-3 surgical masks) indoors to reduce the risk of infection to self or others.

Flexible Programming

  • Presentations
  • Performances
  • Community
  • As a University asset, the Boll Theatre is used by academic programs, University groups and affiliates and community organizations.

As a performance space, it provides an opportunity for students to actively engage in and experience the transformative power of the performing arts.

Additionally, it provides a space for the University and Dayton communities to enjoy and grow in appreciation of the performing arts.
