Admission Visit & Events Policy

We're looking forward to seeing you on campus! Due to the University's response to COVID-19 to protect the health and well-being of our community, we have implemented the policy below for our campus visitors.

  • All visitors must limit their group size to a maximum of three people, consisting of the student and two members from their household.
  • You may be joined by another student and their guests during your tour. Please maintain six feet of physical distance between you and others not within your household.
  • All students visiting campus agree to the following:
    • I am familiar with the symptoms of COVID-19, and I hereby affirm that neither my guests nor I am currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
    • I acknowledge that my guests and I are required to wear facial coverings (covering the nose and mouth) while within University buildings during our visit as well as maintain six feet of physical distance from those around us who are not part of our household.
    • I agree to these protocols in exchange for the privilege of attending this event. I realize that if I do not follow the required protocols, my guests and I may be asked to leave and my guests and I will comply with any such request.
    • I understand that COVID-19 is spread through the community, and that by choosing to visit the UD campus, my guests and I may be exposed even when following the required safety protocols and am knowingly taking on that risk.

Visitors who do not comply will be asked to leave campus. If you have any questions or need special accomodations, please contact the Office of Recruitment and Admission.
