Transfer Application Requirements
To be considered for admission to the University of Dayton, transfer students should submit*:
- Application (including the personal statement) You may submit UD's application or the Common Application.
- Official transcripts from all high schools and colleges you've attended — even if it wasn't recently.
- Transcripts should be mailed directly from the institution to the Office of Admission and Financial Aid; hand-carried transcripts, official copies marked Issued to Student and unofficial copies are not acceptable.
- International transfer applicants must submit course descriptions for all previously completed college courses to receive full consideration for transfer credits from foreign universities.

Once all required information is received, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of our decision within three to four weeks.
*The Office of Admission and Financial Aid may request ACT/SAT scores of any applicant.
