Know Your Loan Servicer

By creating an online account with your loan servicer, you can check your balance, make payments, and much more. You can find your loan servicer contact information and student loan amounts at

Student loan borrowers go through three stages: In School, In Grace, In Repayment.

  • In School: When you're enrolled in school at least half-time (for University of Dayton, this is 6 credit hours for undergraduate students and 3 credit hours for graduate students)
  • In Grace: The six-months after you graduate, withdraw, or drop below half-time status
  • In Repayment: When you're required to make payments on your student loans

Know your options.
