Together, we are...

To spreading the Flyer spirit

Our staff believes in UD, just like you. Some of us are fellow graduates. Those of us who aren’t, well, we experience the magic of this beloved Marianist university, too. We all belong to a community uniquely devoted to the common good … not because it looks or sounds right. It is right. This truth resonates through our hearts and minds, and we’re thankful to be a part of it.

Jen Clark ’13, alumni engagement officer
I absolutely love the passion all our volunteers have for the University of Dayton. Your willingness to give so much of your time for your alma mater is inspiring! Thank you for your commitment to UD and the mission of the Alumni Association. Your work is truly invaluable.

McKenzie Morin ’06, assistant director of alumni communities
Alumni volunteers continue to act as servant-leaders for UD. You are our voice at the local level, spreading the University’s mission and love of Flyer basketball to anyone who will listen. Your passion and commitment make my job so worthwhile. To all the alumni volunteers, thank you!

John O'Malley ’15, alumni engagement officer
UD alumni volunteers move the University. You communicate the University’s reputation through your words and actions every day.

Colleen Santella ’15, alumni engagement officer
Our alumni volunteers are truly the heart and soul of the Alumni Association. With your dedication, we are able to have a presence all over the world. You are the face of UD in your communities and serve as role models for engagement with the University. We really could not do any of our work without you. Thank you!

Amy Williams ’01, assistant director of alumni relations and class reunion programs
Our Reunion Weekend program would not be as successful as it is without the passion and dedication of alumni volunteers. Connecting with your classmates through peer-to-peer outreach drives the success of the program. You are our voices to your friends, classmates and housemates! Working with our dedicated volunteers makes me proud to work for and be a graduate of the University.

Anita Brothers, director of alumni relations and engagement
The Marianist educational philosophy of educating the whole person is evident in how this community works together. We would absolutely not be who we are today without the support of alumni volunteers.

Amy Hamilton ’17, associate director of alumni engagement
Volunteers bring new ideas to the table and connect with peers and partners in ways staff cannot. Their passion and energy are astounding and make my job so fulfilling.

Ashley Kessler-Palmer ’07, ’17, associate director of alumni services
It is amazing to see alumni take the passion they have for UD and translate that into care and concern for the success of our students and young alums. They make me proud to be a UD grad!
