The Indiana Law Journal has recently put out a special roundtable issue on regulating assisted reproductive technology. The special issue includes an article by Prof. Pamela Laufer-Ukeles:  Mothering for Money: Regulating Commercial Intimacy, addressing issues relating to surrogate motherhood (88 Ind.
