Current law students have a variety of housing options available in the Dayton area. Rental units are available in a host of apartment complexes as well as in private homes, town homes and condominiums in the Miami Valley. These units are typically offered only to only entering students, but sometimes have openings for upper-level students. Plumwood Terrace contains efficiencies, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments that are furnished. L-Street apartments offer a limited number of efficiency units for rent. These furnished units are approximately three blocks from the School of Law and include the cost of utilities, cable and high-speed Internet.
