Intellectual Property Law Society

The Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS), one of Dayton Law’s largest student-run organizations, focuses on intellectual property law. Throughout the year, IPLS members have the opportunity to listen to several guest speakers with experience in all facets of intellectual property law.  Students should visit the IPLS TWEN site to learn more about meetings and events.

Other IP Law Organizations

The American Intellectual Property Law Association represents a wide spectrum of individuals, companies and institutions involved in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition law. Its members represent both owners and users of intellectual property.

The Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association has a longstanding tradition of providing valuable continuing legal education to its members by securing top quality, nationally recognized speakers to address current issues in intellectual property law.

The Columbus Intellectual Property Law Association is a nonprofit organization that provides information and continuing legal education to IP professionals located in Columbus and central Ohio.

The Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association is dedicated to maintaining excellence in the practice of intellectual property law in Dayton and southwestern Ohio.  The association   provides a forum for members to meet and discuss leading issues in the field of intellectual property law.

The Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association is a professional organization for intellectual property professionals and like-minded individuals in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.
