Nondiscrimination Policy

The University of Dayton School of Law admits students of both sexes and of any race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin and marital status to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the University. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, national or ethnic origin, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or against otherwise qualified handicapped students in its admissions policies and academic and other standards, nor in the granting of scholarships, loans and other financial aid, nor in the planning and administration of any of its academic and other programs, services and activities.
