Use the benefits you have earned.
In order to use the benefits you have earned, we must certify you with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
To get started you'll need to complete paperwork with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Step 1: Complete the Veterans Online Application (VONAPP) *Be sure to print a copy of this before submitting so that you can provide us with a copy for our records.
Step 2: Once you receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) you can review the Checklist for your Benefits by Chapter.
Step 3: Contact us so we can begin processing your benefits.
