Cultural Changes through Leadership, Employee Development & Engagement

In this one-day course, you’ll learn how the Toyota Company developed such revolutionary management techniques that the term “Toyota Production System” was born. This system involves providing world class quality and service to customers, developing employee potential, reducing waste and maximizing profits. Roles of all members of the organization are identified; instruction and communication is standardized; problem solving methods are used and best practices are shared throughout the organization.
