ECLA CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS RECOGNIZED BY OCCRRA
The ECLA certificate at both the graduate and undergraduate levels can now lead to the Ohio Early Childhood Program Administrators Credential recognized by the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Agency and Ohio's Quality and Improvement Rating System, Step Up To Quality. Students who complete the coursework for the certificate will qualify as a level 2 administrator. If they earn a bachelor's degree or master's degree in early childhood education and take the approved ECLA certificate coursework, they qualify as a level 3 administrator.
