Profile

Erin Moore is a graduate of Indiana University (with high distinction) and the Ohio State University College of Law (with honors). She was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society and to the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, governmental law/municipal law, civil rights, employment, construction, premises liability, and personal injury litigation.

Before joining Green & Green Lawyers in 1997, Moore practiced with a small insurance and civil defense firm in Toledo. She is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, an organization of trial counsel and judges. She is also chair of the Sugarcreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals. She has served as an arbitrator in private arbitrations as well as through the Montgomery County Common Pleas Arbitration Program and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law for trial practice and alternative dispute resolution classes.
