Profile

Maura Donahue holds an MBA and Ph.D. in finance from the University of Cincinnati. Her doctoral dissertation examined the relationships among levels of executive compensation, firm value, and the efficiency of boards of directors; her publications include works in The Academy of Management Journal, The Financial Review, and Real Estate Finance.

From 2001 to 2011, she was the director of the Program for Christian Leadership, a program which was initiated by a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc. She has also taught as a lecturer for the Department of Religious Studies before becoming the Director of Budget and Operations for the College.

Outside of work, her interests include gardening, knitting, singing and playing the piano. She is married to Dr. David Darrow, associate professor in the Department of History and Director of the University Honors Program. They live in Oakwood, Ohio with their four children.
