Library Mythbusters

On August 20th, first year students are invited to experience Mythbusters: Roesch Library Edition, a fun and interactive orientation program about library spaces and services. New students can stop by the library lobby anytime between 2:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to participate. They will be greeted by the library's very own crew of Mythbusters to begin investigating some myths about the library, such as whether or not food is allowed (it is) and if the library is a silent library (it’s not). Jimmy John’s subs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in addition to some back-to-school giveaways provided by LexisNexis and University Libraries. First year students who correctly bust all the myths at Roesch Library will be entered to win credit at the university bookstore. The truth is, Mythbusters: Roesch Library Edition is going to be really fun!
